Editor’s note: Linda passed away on November 10, 2021. We miss her deeply and are grateful for her dedication and creative spirit.
Linda Hagood was a speech language pathologist who had special interest and experience in relationship-based programming for students who have visual and multiple impairments, including autism and deaf-blindness. She worked in public schools and private practice, where her students never stop giving her new insights and fresh perspectives on their learning. She authored two curriculum guides, both published through Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and enjoyed sharing her work (and play) with others through workshops and writing.
