Kathi Garza
Kathi Garza is a TVI and Family Engagement Coordinator in the Outreach Department at Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. She has worked in the classroom with students who have visual and multiple diagnoses as well as in Short-Term and Summer Programs. Kathi is a consultant for Paths to Literacy. In her “free time,” she volunteers with the National Organization for Albinism and Hypopigmentation (NOAH).
