Speaker: Nancy Doyle, MS, TVI 

Nancy Doyle, Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI), will discuss what exactly the Expanded Core Curriculum (ECC) is and how it differs from the general education curriculum. We will also discuss how parents can help teach these disability specific skills at home and how to help your child’s teachers address these skills. 

About the Speaker

Nancy Doyle has over 17 years of experience as a New York State certified Teacher of the Visually Impaired teaching children with visual impairment and other disabilities in a preschool setting. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Illustration from Pratt Institute and a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from Hunter College.
