Ray Bakes Cookies
This video of a communication-based routine shows how a cooking activity can be used to teach skills such as language, communication, and concept development.
TSBVI has posted a new communication-based routine called Ray Bakes Cookies. The teacher uses the activity of baking cookies to work on basic concepts, language and communication skills. The video shows a routine following a sequence with a clear beginning, middle, and end, and is a good example of using objects and tactile communication with students who are deafblind.
