The International Council on English Braille (ICEB) has published their first quarterly newsletter with information and stories about ICEB, Unified English Braille (UEB), braille usage and braille events. The newsletter can be accessed from their website at www.iceb.org in PDF or BRF format.

The first issue includes articles on:
