Research-to-Practice: Center for Early Literacy Learning (CELL)
CELL uses a research-to-practice framework for reviewing and synthesizing early literacy learning research and using the research evidence for developing evidence-based practice guides and tool kits. Both specialized and general technical assistance is being used to promote adoption and sustained use of CELL evidence-based practices.
